When I started my business, I did not think it would bloom like it is now. All I had in mind was to earn money and improve my life. But when my clients became more invested in my products and services, I knew that developing something for my business was the next thing I needed to do. With this, I hired people to help me with what I do. As years passed, they were still with me, and more became part of the business. So to continue the development, I searched for a space for rental in Singapore and transferred my business there.
5 THINGS I CHECKED BEFORE GETTING SPACE RENTAL IN SINGAPORE
Before getting the office space I have today, I researched the things to check to ensure that the place I will get is worth it. My family and friends were also available to help me with the changes I planned and supported me with everything. Good thing they were patient with what I did, making my business more successful. When people ask me about the factors I considered in getting the space rental in Singapore, here are some of what I always tell them:
1. DOORS AND WINDOWS
The first factor I checked was the doors and windows. They must be in the correct areas because it could affect how I design the place. To guarantee that I will make the right decision, I hired interior designers to help with the overall look of our new office. They did some remodelling, but those did not affect the space negatively.
2. APPEARANCE OF THE PLACE
Another factor I checked was the overall appearance of the place. Is there anything in it that could affect my decision and not get the space? I checked the floors and ceiling and saw if they were sturdy enough for my business. The rental company informed me of what I should and should not do to preserve the space for rental.
3. TRANSPORTATION ACCESS AND PARKING LOT
Since not all of my employees live nearby or have cars, I thought of this factor. Transportation affects how people see their job. I did not want it to be a burden to the workers.
4. ISSUES WITH THE FOUNDATION
I looked at the place further and saw if there were issues with the foundation. What I liked is that it was taken care of by the company. I did not notice any drainage issues or cracks on the walls, and the doors and windows were sturdy. The space rental is in good condition, so I did not hesitate to get the offer.
5. NEAREST LANDMARKS
Aside from the overall space, I also considered the nearest landmarks. The place has malls and restaurants around them, giving my employees options about where they want to go for lunch or breaks. They do not need to limit themselves inside the establishment.
These factors helped me improve my business. The one we have now is enough for everything we need because the space I got is okay for my business. I will always be thankful that I visited the LHN Group – Space Resource because I knew about the office space for rent in Singapore.
