5. East Legon
You will find the town of East Legon in the Accra Metropolitan district. This is a part of the Greater Accra Region of Ghana. For those who have to travel on a frequent basis East Legon is very close to the Kotoka International Airport as well as to Tema Harbour. Labadi beach continues to be popular among locals and visitors and there are lots of restaurants and bars which is doing excellent business. 4. East Airport
This area is only 14 km from Independence Arch and it is a little less than that to Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park. This is a small town located between Ashaiman and Nungua. You will find it in the Tema Metropolitan district which in itself is part of the Greater Accra Region of Ghana. This area had a humble start because it was originally a small fishing village located next to a lagoon. All of that changed in 2008 when this small town was merged with the cities of Tema and Nungua. Sakumono is only 71 m above sea level. There are several high quality attractions in the area and houses can be purchased for approximately US$2 million.

Airport Hills is a neighborhood located in Accra which is the capital of Ghana. This city is located on the Atlantic coast of West Africa. The first president of Ghana is honored by Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park. This was also the man who was instrumental in the independence of this country. This is why the mausoleum of the first president is in this park and there is also a museum which tells the story. The city also has a very popular bazaar known as Makola Market and several excellent beaches such as Kokrobite Beach and Labadi Beach. Houses can be purchased for US$3 million.

This is a town which is part of the Akuapim South Municipal District and home to many law firms, financiers and start up business. . This is located in the Eastern Region of south Ghana. One of the most popular attractions in this region is Aburi Botanical Gardens. Aburi has approximately 20,000 residents. Aburi Botanical Gardens stretches over 65 hectares. It was founded by Dr John Farrell Easmon and Governor William Brandford-Griffith in 1890. The location of these botanical Gardens was once the site of a sanatorium. People also go to ATV Aburi where there are scenic walking areas and other interesting things to do. Houses in this town can cost US$9 million.
